Terms & ConditionsAll vehicles we purchase will be subject to a H.P.I or Experian report. Outstanding Finance. All outstanding finance must to be settled prior to payment. – If you owe more than the valuation of the car to the finance company – you will need to pay the outstanding amount prior to us collecting the car – we will require written confirmation of this from your finance company when we collect your car. Alternatively, you can pay us the difference, in the form of a Bankers Draft made payable to your finance company If, in our opinion, on final viewing of the vehicle, the vehicles condition is not as described, we reserve the right to adjust the price accordingly. Please be as accurate as possible when describing your car. You undertake to supply us with full ownership documentation when we collect the vehicle. i.e. vehicle registration document (V5), MOT certificates, service history, unexpired Road fund licence, audio equipment (Factory Fitted). Payment will be withheld until we receive all these documents. Proof of I.D will be required i.e. Driving Licence, Passport (this is to prevent fraud). If it comes to light that the vehicle is stolen or any other fraudulent activity, all information will be passed to the Police, no exceptions. Warranted Mileage. This means can the mileage on the speedometer be authenticated. e.g. Service history, consecutive MOTs, etc. Please only tick yes if the mileage is genuine and can be proved as so.
